Quality Control
Built to Specification. Verified at Every Stage.
Quality is checked continuously through production, not only at the final stage — so issues are caught early, not on-site.
01
Incoming Material Inspection
Panels, timber, hardware, and finishes are checked against specification and certification before entering production.
02
In-Process QC
Dimensional and joinery checks occur at each production stage — cutting, assembly, and finishing — not only at the end of the line.
03
Final Inspection
Every finished unit is inspected against approved shop drawings and samples for dimension, structure, and finish before it clears the line.
04
Packaging Inspection
Packed cartons and crates are checked for correct foam profiling, labeling, and moisture protection before staging for export.
05
Export Standards
A full pre-shipment QC report, with photographic documentation, is issued for every order prior to container loading, aligned to destination-market requirements.

Standards & Certifications
Our quality management system aligns with ISO 9001 process principles, and materials are sourced to meet CARB Phase 2 / EPA TSCA Title VI formaldehyde emission standards for panels, with FSC-certified timber available on request. See our full Certifications page for details.
