Manufacturing Process

From Concept to Production

We support clients through every stage of the furniture and cabinetry development process — from early budgeting and design validation to manufacturing and delivery — reducing risk and keeping cost and production visibility clear at every step.

01

BOQ & Cost Estimation

We review drawings, FF&E schedules, and project requirements to prepare a detailed bill of quantities and a competitive quotation, with value-engineering built in from day one.

02

Shop Drawing Development

Our engineering team turns design intent into production-ready shop drawings, verifying construction details, materials, hardware, and dimensions before anything is manufactured.

03

3D Rendering & Visualization

Photorealistic renderings let you review materials, finishes, and proportions before production begins, so design decisions are confirmed early, not on-site.

04

Prototype & Mock-Up

Physical mock-ups let you inspect construction quality, finish, and function firsthand, with any refinements made before the full production run starts.

05

Manufacturing & Project Delivery

Once approved, your order moves into production with dedicated quality control, packing engineering, shipping coordination, and installation support through to final handover.

Design & Engineering Support Included

For manufacturing orders, Maple Furniture provides BOQ development, shop drawings, 3D renderings, and prototype development at no additional cost — so you can move from concept to production with confidence.

“From Concept to Completion.”
